Please be aware, starting at 5:30PM Saturday November 18th you will be unable to retrieve your mail if you are a @prairie.ca or @blazeinet.com customer. This is due to maintenance being performed on the server. Services will return to normal by no later then 6:15 PM Saturday November 18th. You may also have problems re-connecting and receive error 691 or 718. This is to be expected and is normal for the type of work we are performing during this time. We are performing this in order to facilitate upgrades that will be occurring to our mail servers in the near future. If you have any questions while your mail is unavailable please feel free to contact our help desk at 1-866-985-5500 and leave us a message, our technicians will call you once the work has been completed. Also, you will not loose any mail it is being held by our backup network. This notice will be removed once work is complete, thank you for your patience.
