Open Outlook Express. Go to Tools then select Accounts. Click Add, and then select Mail. 
Enter the name you would like people to see when you send them an email. Most people put their first name or first and last name here. Then click NEXT.  You will want to enter your Prairie email address here. Then click Next. 
Enter mail.prairie.ca in the incoming mail server. Enter mail.prairie.ca in the outgoing mail server field. Double check that you have prairie spelt P-R-A-I-R-I-E. Click Next. 
Your Prairie username will already appear in the Account name field. Enter the password we gave you in the password field, using small letters with no spaces. Make sure there is a checkmark beside remember password, and then click Next. 
Click Finish.
